Jahrhundert, das jede methodische Manipulation der eigenen Atmung zur Verbesserung des psychischen oder physischen Wohlbefindens beschreibt. Die Art von Atemarbeit, die wir anbieten, ist bewusst verbundene Atemarbeit (Consciously Connected Breathwork). Bewusstes verbundenes Atmen beruht auf der \"Intensivierung des Atems\", d.h. schneller und tiefer zu atmen als gew\u00f6hnlich. Dies f\u00fchrt zu physiologischen Ver\u00e4nderungen (z. B. einer Verringerung des CO<sup>2<\/sup>-Gehalts im Blut), die wiederum die Gehirnaktivit\u00e4t modulieren und eine breite Palette von Wirkungen hervorrufen, die von einfacher Entspannung bis zu intensiven ver\u00e4nderten Bewusstseinszust\u00e4nden reichen.<\/p><p>Diese nicht-allt\u00e4glichen Bewusstseinszust\u00e4nde k\u00f6nnen die emotionale Verarbeitung unterst\u00fctzen und den \u00dcbenden helfen, (1) sich herausfordernden Emotionen wie Trauer, Wut und Angst sowie Traumata zu stellen und (2) ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis von sich selbst durch einen Prozess der ungefilterten Selbstentdeckung zu erweitern, der die Selbstwahrnehmung, das Selbstmitgef\u00fchl und die emotionale Offenheit f\u00f6rdert. Dies funktioniert zum Teil durch die Aufhebung der Kontrollmechanismen, die normalerweise unsere bewusste Erfahrung unserer eigenen Gef\u00fchle, Wahrnehmungen, Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Erinnerungen filtern.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Obwohl Atemarbeitserfahrungen in mancher Hinsicht psychedelischen Zust\u00e4nden \u00e4hneln k\u00f6nnen, besteht der wichtigste Unterschied darin, dass eine Atemarbeitssitzung immer direkt vom Atmenden kontrolliert wird. So kann eine \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Erfahrung innerhalb von Minuten beendet werden, indem man zur normalen Atmung zur\u00fcckkehrt. In der Regel beginnen wir eine Sitzung mit einem Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber die Themen, die derzeit in deinem Leben im Vordergrund stehen. Die Atemarbeitssitzung selbst basiert auf einem einfachen Atemrhythmus, den du im Liegen auf einer Matratze \u00fcbst. Sobald eine Sitzung begonnen hat, kannst du sehr unterschiedliche Erfahrungen machen. In manchen Sitzungen f\u00fchlst du dich einfach nur entspannt und erinnerst dich vielleicht nicht an konkrete Erlebnisse. Andere Sitzungen sind k\u00f6rperlich - du kannst dich bewegen, sch\u00fctteln, husten oder sogar tanzen. Wieder andere k\u00f6nnen sehr emotional sein - du kannst lachen, weinen oder dich an Gef\u00fchle aus verschiedenen Lebensabschnitten erinnern. Manche Sitzungen k\u00f6nnen dir kognitive Einsichten vermitteln - du siehst vielleicht pl\u00f6tzlich eine Frage oder ein Problem ganz klar oder \u00e4nderst die Perspektive auf ein Thema. Die meisten Sitzungen sind eine \u00fcberraschende Mischung aus diesen Komponenten.
